Pulp : Göteborg, 1996
Part of the Different Class Tour, Pulp’s February 1996 show at Rondo in Göteborg came at the peak of Britpop. It’s no exaggeration to say the concert had a real impact on the city — the late 90s saw a genuine effloresce of guitar and indie bands in Göteborg, with Broder Daniel, Junip, Soundtrack of Our Lives, Håkan Hellström and Whyte Seeds among those who emerged. There were many a future band member in that Rondo crowd.
