Bo Diddley : El Pardo, 1965 — Limited Edition Print

The very last date on Bo's UK and European tour of September–October 1965, plugging his latest LP Let Me Pass — released on both sides of the Atlantic. Bo getting LP releases in the UK demonstrates the degree of popularity he enjoyed with British audiences, no doubt helped by every British Beat band worth their Vox amps either namechecking or covering his material. Legend has it that when Bo supported The Clash on their Sandinista Tour, asked to take a smaller fee, Bo coldly placed his Smith & Wesson on the table and said: 'That's something which Bo don't do.'
