Tough Love (10th Anniversary) - RSD 2024 (Vinyl 2xLP)

Following on from Record Store Day 2022’s ecstatically received 10th anniversary deluxe of her debut album Devotion, 2014’s Tough Love by Jessie Ware – one of the hottest stars on the planet right now – gets the same treatment for 2024 with this lovingly curated 2LP set of the original album plus bonus tracks… all pressed on solid white 140-gram vinyl. After her Mercury Prize and Brit Best Newcomer nominations in the wake of Devotion, Jessie Ware explored new sonic soundscapes and music collaborators for its follow up. Still with its roots in the London urban tradition that characterised her previous work, Tough Love expanded Jessie’s palette with collaborators and songwriting partners that included Miguel, Benny Blanco and Sam Dew. Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith and The XX’s Romy all made appearances on the album. From the resulting rich mix came four classic singles – ‘Tough Love’, ‘Say You Love Me’, ‘You & I (Forever)’ and ‘Champagne Kisses’. For this limited-edition 2LP 2024 release the original UK CD deluxe version of ‘Tough Love’ features a whole side of bonus mixes from Cyril Hahn, Shift K3Y, Alex Adair, and TCTS and also the stunning ‘Meet Me In The Middle’, taken from the soundtrack to ’50 Shades Of Grey’..

We grade all vinyl using the Goldmine standard:
Mint (M): Perfect, unplayed condition.
Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect with minimal signs of handling.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows light signs of play but plays with minimal surface noise. The most common grade for collectable vinyl.
Very Good (VG): Noticeable marks and some surface noise, but still an enjoyable listen.
Good (G): Heavy wear — for collectors only.

All records are graded visually and by play. Media and sleeve are graded separately.
