Soul is Heavy is an album by Nigerian-German singer-songwriter Nneka. The album deals with issues that have to do with the day-to-day life of people: corruption, false prophecies, religion, and war conflict. It offers a strong, culturally outspoken album that appeals to both the mind and soul. Soul Is Heavy stays true to Nneka's African and Western European roots with a successful fusion of reggae, dub, dancehall, hip hop, and soul. The album features the popular singles "Shining Star", "My Home" and "Soul Is Heavy" and features songs with Ms. Dynamite, Black Thought (The Roots) and Wura Samba & Mohammed

Soul Is Heavy is available as a limited edition of 750 individually numbered copies on gold and black marbled vinyl, housed in a gatefold sleeve.

We grade all vinyl using the Goldmine standard:
Mint (M): Perfect, unplayed condition.
Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect with minimal signs of handling.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows light signs of play but plays with minimal surface noise. The most common grade for collectable vinyl.
Very Good (VG): Noticeable marks and some surface noise, but still an enjoyable listen.
Good (G): Heavy wear — for collectors only.

All records are graded visually and by play. Media and sleeve are graded separately.
