Third (Vinyl 2xLP)

Double Heavyweight vinyl reissue of Portishead’s studio album Third from 2008, their first following the group’s hiatus. Heavily influenced by the Silver Apples, out rock and even industrial and krautrock, they constructed an album that is stark, uncompromising and yet strangely beautiful. It features an update of their trademark sound as well as some dazzling departures such as the industrial clatter of Machine Gun, the driving beats of Silence or the Kate Bush-isms of The Rip.

Our Grading Standards
We grade all vinyl using the Goldmine standard:
Mint (M): Perfect, unplayed condition.
Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect with minimal signs of handling.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows light signs of play but plays with minimal surface noise. The most common grade for collectable vinyl.
Very Good (VG): Noticeable marks and some surface noise, but still an enjoyable listen.
Good (G): Heavy wear — for collectors only.

All records are graded visually and by play. Media and sleeve are graded separately.
