The Upper Cuts (Vinyl LP)
Alan Braxe reissues his 2004 cult classic compilation album The Upper Cuts on Smugglers Way. The Upper Cuts features newly remastered versions of Braxes tracks with Fred Falke, his remix of Shakedowns At Night, and two of his most beloved and influential collaborations The Paradises In Love With You, the elegant slice of heartbreak house he created with vocalist Romuald Louverjon, and Stardusts "Music Sounds Better With You," the worldwide hit he produced with Daft Punks Thomas Bangalter and singer Benjamin Diamond, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The Upper Cuts (2023 Edition) also adds seven bonus tracks, including Braxes remix of Britney Spears Anticipating, and two completely new tracks True Love and Never Coming Back, which features the Norwegian pop artist Annie.

Our Grading Standards
We grade all vinyl using the Goldmine standard:
Mint (M): Perfect, unplayed condition.
Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect with minimal signs of handling.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows light signs of play but plays with minimal surface noise. The most common grade for collectable vinyl.
Very Good (VG): Noticeable marks and some surface noise, but still an enjoyable listen.
Good (G): Heavy wear — for collectors only.
All records are graded visually and by play. Media and sleeve are graded separately.
