Oakland, CAs No Babies return with their second LP, another furiously ecstatic exploration of the overlapping margins of punk, hardcore, and no wave. Someone to Watch Over Me follows on from the bands debut LP of 2011 and its successive fleet of empowering / impoding 7s and EPs. Victoria M. Ruiz (of Downtown Boys) provides backup vocals on The Weight and Internalized, whilst Hazia features a quote from Ursula K. Le Guins The Farthest Shore. Someone to Watch Over Me is a reminder of the twin powers of sorrow and strength, noise and melody, anger and joy.

Our Grading Standards
We grade all vinyl using the Goldmine standard:
Mint (M): Perfect, unplayed condition.
Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect with minimal signs of handling.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows light signs of play but plays with minimal surface noise. The most common grade for collectable vinyl.
Very Good (VG): Noticeable marks and some surface noise, but still an enjoyable listen.
Good (G): Heavy wear — for collectors only.
All records are graded visually and by play. Media and sleeve are graded separately.
