Rasta Communication (Vinyl LP)

Keith Hudson's records are unique in the reggae canon, mainly due to the strength of his personality and his unflinching examination of darker themes- hence his reputation as the 'Dark Prince of Reggae'.

While this has made him a slightly marginal figure in a genre mostly celebrated for its relaxed, sunny vibes- Hudson's albums have always been especially revered as some of the deepest and most uncompromising to be found in Jamaican roots music- gaining new audience appreciation with reissues of key records on the ubercool Basic Replay imprint. This reissiue of his 1978 classic 'Rasta Communication' features some of his most memorable songs.

Our Grading Standards
We grade all vinyl using the Goldmine standard:
Mint (M): Perfect, unplayed condition.
Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect with minimal signs of handling.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows light signs of play but plays with minimal surface noise. The most common grade for collectable vinyl.
Very Good (VG): Noticeable marks and some surface noise, but still an enjoyable listen.
Good (G): Heavy wear — for collectors only.

All records are graded visually and by play. Media and sleeve are graded separately.
