Chagrin D'Amour (Coloured Viny LP)

London Records present a reissue of Chagrin d'Amour's self-titled album, originally released in 1982. 2019 vinyl edition with printed inner sleeve (with the lyrics); Includes a bonus 7" of original track "Chacun Fait (C'Qui Lui Pla‚àö?Üt)".

Spring 1982: Grégory Ken and Valli, aka Chagrin d'Amour, burst onto the scene with "Chacun fait (C'qui Lui Pla‚àö?Üt)". The track got nine airplays a day on the newly created NRJ radio and 35,000 copies of the 7" were sold every day. In the blink of an eye, a team of experienced musicians is gathered around prominent sound engineer Dominique Blanc-Francard: Slim Pezin (guitars), Bernard Paganotti (bass), Philippe Drai (drums), and Jean-Pierre Sabar (keyboards). After a few days in New York with Richard Avedon, who shot the cover pictures the album, is ready and set to become a cult release over more than three decades.

We grade all vinyl using the Goldmine standard:
Mint (M): Perfect, unplayed condition.
Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect with minimal signs of handling.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows light signs of play but plays with minimal surface noise. The most common grade for collectable vinyl.
Very Good (VG): Noticeable marks and some surface noise, but still an enjoyable listen.
Good (G): Heavy wear — for collectors only.

All records are graded visually and by play. Media and sleeve are graded separately.
